Sue Ryder Foundation is a growing organisation with a reputation for excellence in Older Persons housing.

We have a current career opportunity in our newly developed scheme in Nenagh, Co Tipperary. We wish to recruit people with a genuine interest in and understanding of the needs of older people, and who have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Ideally you should have experience in a supported housing or social care environment.

SCHEME MANAGER (Nenagh) Code: SM/NN
Permanent - Full Time
Salary Range: €30,000 - €36,000 per annum

As Scheme Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the smooth management of the scheme including income and expenditure, health and safety, allocations, voids and tenancy matters, property and repair matters and the management of ancillary staff. You will be organised with strong administration skills and experienced in housing management and delivery of support services. You will provide resettlement and support planning with residents, liaise with care providers and promote tenant involvement.
